• You may return your wall panelling within 30 days of delivery if:
• The panels are unused, uncut, and in their original condition.
• The items are returned with all original packaging and accessories.
• You provide a valid reason along with receipt or proof of purchase.

• Custom-sized or made-to-order panels.
• Items that have been installed, cut, or damaged by the customer.
• Clearance or “Final Sale” items.

• Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Returns received after 7 days will not be accepted.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the items are received and inspected. Please note a 30% restock charge will be deducted from your refund.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
•  If the returned items are damaged or incomplete, a partial refund or no refund may be granted.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

You must inspect your goods on delivery. Any goods not to your satisfaction must be rejected at this point and sent back with the delivery driver and you should contact us immediately to confirm details.

2. Package the items carefully to avoid damage during shipping.
